“When I seemed at the policies, I won’t lie, I was shocked at the lengthy method, that at any offered issue prior to the real Senate impeachment trial proceedings could disqualify the copious amounts of evidence that show crystal clear and repetitive steps of felony, corruption, and neglect of responsibility by Governor Torres more than these numerous yrs. With out the proof to again it up, the impeachment course of action is incomplete,” she reported.

She also mentioned that there have been no constraints put on who the impeached official can have as authorized counsel and staff for the impeachment proceedings.

“Again, this is hugely biased, partial, and unfair to the House of Representatives… I am not a authorized qualified, but dependent on my understanding of the proposed regulations, the Senate will not be conducting a fair and neutral demo and, if these regulations are adopted, we may not even have a trial at all. The proposed regulations are littered with bias. It’s very obvious and noticeable that the scales of justice have been intentionally tipped to accommodate the impeached,” she claimed.

In accordance to Sen. Deleon Guerrero, “It is very clear that the adopted impeachment procedures do not spell justice.”
