
MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) — Ja Morant is envisioned to miss out on at least the future two months with ideal knee soreness, Memphis coach Taylor Jenkins claimed Thursday evening in advance of the Grizzlies hosted Indiana.
Morant, the Grizzlies’ main scorer at 27.6 details per activity, has missed the last two video games right after tweaking the knee towards Atlanta final Friday. Jenkins claimed the group will appraise the All-Star guard in two weeks.
“That’s the approach correct now,” Jenkins explained. “We hope him to make a comprehensive recovery before the playoffs.”
Morant skipped 12 video games earlier this time with a remaining knee sprain and sat out the video game in advance of Atlanta with again soreness.
Jenkins indicated that more scans and tests on Morant showed “nothing structurally. Very little key troubles like that. Just soreness that we want to be truly attentive to.”
He included that the team’s professional medical employees explained “this is the greatest program of action. Let us just get two weeks and get him prepared for the playoffs.”
