Continuing our countdown to the 2022-23 season, we now search at the Gonzaga Bulldogs’ bench.
Not long ago, the Gonzaga Bulldogs had a couple of a long time where by their key players had been one and accomplished. Jalen Suggs and Chet Holmgren have been 5-star recruits who have been only passing via Spokane on their way to the NBA.
Now that each are in the professionals, Zags’ Head Coach Mark Handful of has time to make more stars. Drew Timme will carry this staff to that national championship in 2023.
The Spokane Stache is not alone he has support from returning Bulldogs stars, Rasir Bolton and Julian Strawther. We coated the likely setting up 5 in a the latest posting, so now it is time for the players that Number of has coming off his bench.

The Sixth Male
If Handful of operates a three-guard lineup, he’ll use Anton Watson, “The Silent Enforcer,” as the sixth person to offer a spark off the bench. Watson is 6’8″ and weighs 225-kilos. When he comes into the activity, Timme will play much more of a standard middle function.
A one-two combo of Watson and Timme less than the boards should frighten any individual in the WCC. On most other NCAA teams in the region, not only would Watsho be a starter, he’d be a focal issue of the offense.
Previous year Watson averaged 7.3 points and 4.7 rebounds for each video game and shot 53.8% from the discipline.
