Banner Health breaks ground on $54 million sports medicine center in Scottsdale

PHOENIX — Banner Health and fitness broke floor Wednesday on a $54 million athletics drugs center in Scottsdale that will provide various expert services and professionals for athletes at a single spot.

The 3-story, 80,000-square-foot facility is slated to open up in 2023 along Loop 101 at Indian Bend Street/Speaking Stick Way on Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Group land.

It will serve athletes of all ranges from youth to gurus, the state’s largest overall health treatment community claimed in a press launch.
